GT World Data Intelligence ("the Platform") is operated by Notion Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide social media analytics and intelligence services to SRO Motorsports Group and related championship entities.

Because this is a private, access-controlled platform, the data we handle falls into two categories:
Your account data — when you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from those providers.
Platform usage data — we may log access events (sign-in timestamps, page views) for security and audit purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Social media intelligence data — the Platform collects publicly available social media data (posts, follower counts, engagement metrics, profile information) from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms on behalf of SRO Motorsports Group. This data relates to public accounts of motorsport organisations and competitors, not to individual users of this platform.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (operating a secure, access-controlled business intelligence tool) and contractual necessity (providing the service to authorised users). Where you have signed in using a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft), that provider's own privacy policy also applies.
Your account data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firestore), hosted within Google Cloud infrastructure. Social intelligence data is stored in Google Firestore and Google Cloud Storage.
Access to the Platform is restricted by email domain (authorised organisations only). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store passwords in plaintext.
Account data is retained for as long as your access to the Platform is active. If your access is revoked, your authentication record will be deleted within 90 days on request.
Social intelligence data (posts, snapshots, reports) is retained indefinitely as historical business intelligence unless deletion is requested by SRO Motorsports Group.

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@notion.agency.
The Platform uses session cookies set by Firebase Authentication to maintain your login state. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other websites. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
